JPN Event Services recently had the privilege of providing sound, lighting and DJ services to the 5-star luxury St. Pancras Renaissance London Hotel.

JPN Event Services has worked with many top London hotels and with our 5-star service, we provided a stress free function for the organisers and guests. During our pre-planning we arrange setup times, loading in ??? to ensure a smooth running event which does not affect the hotel.

Our high powered gold LED uplighting (also known as mood lighting) was used around the Ladies Smoking Room with a DJ setup and additional speakers around the room for a perfect sound level. With the additional speakers the sound level could be a lot lower keeping within the hotel’s sound limit but making it more comfortable for the guests across the large Ladies Smoking Room (57 metre x 31 metre).

JPN Event Services also installed an additional speaker within The Gallery which is a large 75 metre by 26 metre room where the buffet meal was hosted. This meant music from the DJ was played across both rooms and announcements could be heard throughout.
